Digitizing refers to the process of converting a design or logo into a stitch file that can be read and understood by the computerized embroidery machine. This image tells the needles how to move to create the embroidered version of the original image. The higher the stitch count, the longer it takes for the machine to produce the product and consequently, the higher the price.
This digitizing fee is a non refundable fee that is solely for the purpose of digitizing.It is a one time only fee per design.
